Howard Wooldrige (ret) regularly patrols the halls of Congress.  This week he was in Iowa and New Hampshire to report on the Republican race for US President.  Topics include the stalling of officials, the failure of drug war and the success in other nations of regulating, legalizing and actually controlling the distribution of drugs.
